Natalie Doughman, BCBA, is a Clinical Director for Indiana, dedicated to making a difference in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Natalie's journey in ABA began in Kalamazoo, Michigan, back in 2012, where she gained valuable experience working in an Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention (EIBI) clinic.
Throughout her career, Natalie has worked in a variety of settings, including clinics, residential care homes for adults, hospitals, schools, and in-home with children. Her extensive range of experience has shaped her expertise and deepened her understanding of the unique needs of the individuals she supports.
Becoming a certified BCBA in 2019 marked a significant milestone in Natalie's professional journey. Since then, her focus has centered on providing comprehensive therapy to children both in school and at home, working in South Bend, Indiana. Natalie is passionate about parent training, as she recognizes the crucial role that parents play in their children's progress.
Additionally, she finds fulfillment in training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and fellow BCBAs, sharing her knowledge, and empowering others in the field. Collaborating with teachers in school settings is another area where Natalie thrives, ensuring effective collaboration for the optimal development of her clients.
